Dr. Berg talks about how to cut weight fast but healthily. It’s dangerous to lose weight like most wrestlers because they are not only losing fluid but electrolytes. Potassium is most difficult electrolyte to get simply because most people do not consume enough vegetable or salad. Our body needs 4700 mg every day – that’s 7-10 cups of salad per day.   1. My fellow workers all follow the “fetching tuti space” (Google it) and they have dropped between 9 and 12 lbs each so far. They told me Google it as well as check out it too. As soon as I started following it the weight just slipped 13 lbs.

  2. i will try this im a junior in highschool, and i weigh around 122, but im going to be a 112. I dropped for aphas and so I could be a 112 and I was out of energy when I went to practice. Hopefully I will have my energy back now.

    I did dirty bulk (ate anything i want but hi protein espesially whole egg, because its cheap) for 4 weeks to put some muscle on my body, at the weeks 3 i realized something uncomfortable in my knees (joint), i ask my friend about this, he told me to do blood test, and i got Hi uric acid (9), so my question why uric acid can raise that fast within 3 weeks and why i feels pain/uncomfortable in my knees/leg bone, and how to stay normal uric acid.. Your answer please? Thank you dr.berg.

    I'm tired of hearing that eating 4-6 eggs a day will kill you and that you can't have more than 2-3 a week.
    Could you do a video on eggs and if there is a limit to eat and why.

  6. I really love how you seem to be speaking directly to the young man who has never come across your information. You seem to really care and know where they're coming from. I think it would be an interesting experiment if you could work with a wrestling team at a nearby high school, and and get each student wrestlers parent on board to help do this. It would mean donating some of your products, like electrolyte powder's and visiting them with live presentations to get them to adhere hopefully. It would be so cool to see if your high school cranks out a bunch of champions. Of course it's not like you don't have enough on your plate already, I know.

  7. How about a detailed video on what specifically to use for your 7-10 cups of veggies to get the 4700 mg minimum of potassium. Can you take some potassium gluconate as well? I am a fast oxidizer so I burn minerals fast, thus my potassium is on the low side.

So I'm not a wrestler, but I am very athletic and I clicked on this to see if there were any good tips. i particularly like it that you refer to them as keto bombs and not fat bombs, as they so commonly are. The first time I came across that term it made me wonder what was going to happen to me and if I was going to gain 200 lbs. overnight because my fat cells all expanded like tiny little bombs. Keto bombs make much more sense. They can be so good I have to put them away and walk into another room so I don't end up eating too many of them, because those calories can add up fast.

  9. on reference to exercise, can i still jump on the trampoline twice daily,? i find that jumping in the morning for about 20-30 minutes really helps my digestion and blood moving and in the evening to burn calories while im sleeping. actually i feel so rested in the morning. thanks for yur advice

  10. This is very good. I broke my own record running the Noland Trail yesterday. I also had the worst case of restless leg last night.I tried the Nutritional Yeast first and that didn't help. Later I drank the electrolyte in the middle of the night and was finally able to rest enough to sleep.
