  1. There's barely any difference between sql and nosql. Nosql is almost identical to mysqli. Data structures saved in text files with json style syntax. Why it works well with mobile web apps is because it is easy to just write / edit a text file on a device without needing a server installed to run the database instance. You could as easily use csv or any tab or colon separated file.

  2. In my next project I'll give mongo and node a try. Thanks for your tuts.
