  1. As usual my problem is probably due to being on mac but XAMPP's interface doesn't have any options close to what you did… there's no apache>apache_modules>re-write_module 🙁

  2. But what if we have a webpage that uses one style of permalinks and somebody add our specific page to the bookmark and then we change our permalink to second style. I think that user's bookmark to our page is no longer valid and he will not be able to reach our spesific page. So the best idea is to choose permalink style once at the beginning and don't change in time. Am I right? 🙂
